An Up Beat Article about Baja and San Felipe

http://www.nctimes.com/news/opinion/columnists/sifuentes/sif...

The good bad and other wise article about things improving in Baja, but the long lines to get back to the U.S.

None the less a good read

A San Diego Radio Station quoted 3 1/2 hrs. coming
back at San Ysidro, he may have mispoke, I don't know
where a line that long would begin, somewhere along
the fence going so. I guess, the Pedestrian line
on weekends 2 1/4, that is a big deterrent
