How About a Baja Nomad Obitutiary Section?

Hey, let's face up to it that some of us are looking at the exit door.

So, maybe we could create a space here here we can get news about a departed Nomad.

With Deepest Respect, Sally

After having read about your epic work to take care of your daughter, I thought that maybe Baja Nomad could create a forum that is a healing space for remembrance.

Maybe someone will find a place to let the hurt out; maybe it will be distasteful to others.

I just don't want to lose memories of special people.

Send a U2 to Doug, Jan.

I ran some ideas about other items, but no results.

Ski Baja (aka JR) should be the first one put up. Greatest Nomand of all time. How long has it been?

Mike Humphreyville belongs on such a list. He gets my vote as the best deceased nomad of all time. Yes, this is a bit morbid.

I just thought that may Baja Nomad maybe/might create a special place for Nomads that have passed.

I would be for the kind we see in newspapers. Don't know how we might learn about the demise of the Nomad whose stats would hold the post.

What I would not want to see is the other kind; the neverending memorial full of smarmy hyperbole a lot of which flows from people who did not know the dead person in the least. Past streams of posts about Nomads who left us were more eulogy than statistics >> the kinds of things we say when a movie star dies.

Nah... I do not want a thread like this. I would rather have my OWN "Bob H" thread when I pass on.... OK?

He had a heart as big as all outdoors

Yes, and we could include a picture of the nomad set in a black frame.

And maybe even a song to remember him by ...
