Well since many of the scientists published misleading and false information, it kind of makes sense, don't you think?

I did. It's a great synopsis of where we are and how we got there. The comparison made between the strategies of Great Tobacco and Climate Change Debunkers was thought provoking and revealing.

My son, Alex, will be spending 8 weeks as a summer intern measuring properties of glaciers in an ice field east of Juneau that has been under study since 1946. Needless to say, I am jealous. Hopefully he will return with an understanding of how real science is done and be able to tell when people are feeding you false information. There may even be some conclusions about the affects of climate change in that part of the world.
