Be careful the Federals now have what looks like a Prehistoric radar gun and it doesn't mater if it works or not.

or did you learn anything from that lesson?
I don't think either punishment system works that well but, sometimes these Mexican cops have a way of increasing the heart rate enough so we don't forget.:lol:

...and groceries for the week.

"they" used to get us on the hill running along the border fence dropping into tijuana. we'd be the slowest (following the posted speed limit) vehicle going down that grade and as soon as we'd see "them" sitting on one of the side streets we knew we were doomed. teenage/20ish surfers with boards and all... we didn't stand a chance.
