La Paz - Large house, big room, big garden, malecon, cheap, simple, and easy

My housemate is moving to the states and I am looking to fill one large unfurnished master bedroom with private bath in fantastic location partially furnished hacienda with a clean, quiet, non-smoking (outside only) older female preferred.

Only 3,500 pesos a month for the right person plus utilities (CFE, SAPA, Wi-Fi, and gardener) plus deposit.

Really an excellent place to live and I am a veeeryyy quiet roommate who is almost like not there most of the time.

U2U me if interested. Available for showing immediately and move in by the first of December.

Peace,
