Hi Capt. Gordon is fine. Freezing his tush off in Oregon. I'm sure he'll regret his 'selling out' and sticking close to home. I sent him pic's of our two week stay in Cabo. Haven't found a buyer yet for his 22.5 ponga w/70 hp outboard & trailer. Need to post a picture at Cafe Ole I guess. Everyone local says its a great buy at $5,500.00 what with all the extras. If your going to San Diego to get warm, your going the wrong direction. Have a safe trip, and hello's to Debrah. Is the house finished yet??

Thanks Phil

Was worried about Gordon after seeing all things for sale.....If the boat is anything like the trailer he sold me, no one can go wrong buying his Panga!
The casita is finished and we're living in
it, small but comfortable. I will be moving my (Gordons) trailer to the beach...
E me at home vikingo1@prodigy.net.mx
Cold here right now but warms up during the day....Hope all is well by you..Talk soon. George y Deborah
