Playa El Socorro


Does anyone have any information on the developement in and around Playa El Socorro (South of San Quintin)? I continue to see new homes being built in this area.

I cannot give you any info on the development, but from what I see in your picture, I don't think that we have much to worry about as those houses probably will not be there too long, as close to the ocean as they are, and without any visible protection from the occasional storm surf. I will always remember when the surf came rolling thru the La Pinta Hotel near that area, and they were a lot further back from the water.
