***SOLD**** PRICE SLASHED = Our loss - Your gain....Nice home on the beach - 70K under cost to build

***Another good deal and re-affirmation it is a buyers market. Please drop me a line if you are looking for a good deal or are wanting to list your property.****

No annual fees. No HOA. Year-round residents as your neighbors. All paperwork present and accounted for. Have your own titled getaway place at a giveaway price.

Really a great opportunity for someone to get a turn-key beachfront home with all the amenities thoughtfully finished for your arrival.

Mulege Properties makes each transaction as simple as possible for both buyer and seller. Simple or complicated negotiations done through me saves you stress and problems so you can enjoy benefits without the hassle.

Bring me a buyer and I'll pay a finders fee for the completed sale.

Nice titled waterfront house relatively cheap.

Contact me via the Craigslist ad to learn more.

Saludos.

Maybe you should mention that it is not in the flood zone, but on Conception Bay

It appears like it's on the beach at old general area of Punta Arena, now called Playa Naranjos. Great place for windsurfers and a short distance to fish outside the BOC. Looks like a good deal that's ready to have fun. I used to come ashore there years ago to dive for mussels....ymmm. Also to visit a friend named Low Tide.

Next to Playa Naranjos but on titled property....

Excellent observations all (no it's not a real chicken in the kitchen).

We have many fine properties available for viewing now including short and long term rentals.

Mulege Properties gets requests for information and listings everyday so we are constantly looking to serve both buyers and sellers by increasing our listing portfolio.

The market is picking up in Mulege and surrounding areas. Lots of activity on the Baja overall and everybody in Mulege benefits from the current flood control activities. We pray like everybody else that the flood control will work and advise all buyers of the potential for problems, the history and what is being done to help the situation.

Saludos,

P.S. Come into the office and enjoy a slice of warm sweet rum-laced bread pudding with a scoop of fresh made vanilla ice cream on top while you peruse the available properties. This is just one of the benefits of working with an experienced Realtor who happens to be married to and shares an office with his beautiful baker wife, Margarita. Bienvenidos.

Thank you Captain Mike.

It is a special place and many of you know how much time it takes and how costly it is to get all the details right.

This is an opportunity to step-right in to a custom beach-front home with no hassles at way below construction price.

This special offer will get snapped up by a wise investor soon. Stop in Mulege Properties to have a chat over a piece of tres-leches cake or a frothy cappuccino and we can discuss details. We're always happy to see you.

Hi Robin!

...miss you guys. I think that is my old Panga in the photo. And Margarita's pastries are the best!

Someone will snap up that house soon.

This is a bargain and somebody is going to make a nice investment

Not a total fire-sale but a heck of a deal for sure.

Still available and somebody is going to buy it today and wake up every morning knowing they got a deal.

If you have friends thinking of moving to the Mulege area let them know it is a great time to find deals.

Links fixed...Nice place and obviously out of the flood plain...

Great vacation house and excellent year round residence. Quiet with easy access to the fishing with all the comforts of home.

Check it out and let me know. The bakery will be open soon for a cup of coffee and a sweet if you want to see it in person.

****SOLD****

There are still very good deals available through Mulege Properties. If you are looking for a place or want to sell your property give me a call or drop me a line.

Mago's Bakery is open right now so come in and check out what is available while munching on one of Mago's tasty treats.

It's a buyers market but I have people flying in, calling, and emailing me right now looking for properties.

Hope to hear from you.
