The GPS loggers

Well, looks like the GPS loggers were well received by most of the Score 1000 racers. Course, there was one glitch - backup batteries. But the're here to stay.

...Ah yes, the old 'blame it on the battery' routine...

Bet there were some red faces after the race when they discovered they didn't have any data to look at!

The racers, knowing they had these GPS loggers (tattle tales) on board, probably didn't try to take shortcuts...so I guess the 'loggers' served their purpose for this one race...

Ain't progress wonderful...
:D

What do you think about the enroute refueling?
Will it be used next year?

Either everyone will be trying it or it will be banned for all.

From what I'm hearing, No and it will be addressed starting the 05 season. They are lucky not to have been DQ'd. But I did think it was pretty innovative, somebody was thinking.
