you've created a very nice retreat there JR

am surprized you're looking to move on. Am surprized also how much the lot rent is - had no idea. It should still sell easlily at $45K i would think. good luck in your new domain and adventure. how far south are you moving?

Details

should probably be sent through email.
City water with spare 2000 gal. pila. Community sewer to the fosa.
I'm on the internet right now although a dial up connection.
Everything including the laundry room is on propane and we have a stationary tank. The trucks come out to fill it and it's about $85.00 every two months to supply two houses.
They just recently raised the lease from $300.00 to $340.00 so I think that's secure for a while.

Forgot to mention

You can park 3 cars right in front of our house but during Christmas, we get as many as 30 cars.
We also have a garden, satellite TV, lobster, tortilla, and pizza delivery as well as walking distance to some fine restaurants and taco stands.
