Jardines in San Quintin

Word to the wise is sufficient: twice last trip we pulled into Jardines and they were full. Just gotta make reservations anymore. I think I understand why surfers keep the good spots to themselves.

The Seven Sisters will never lack room to surf. Congrats to Jardines for success in business!

Stop it DK! You aren't a surfer and you haven't been to the seven sisters area in years if ever. Do you even know how much room each surfer needs to surf effectively......no, you don't.
:lol::lol:

We always make reservations several days in advance for Jardines especially since we need a pet friendly room (only about 5 pet friendly rooms).

You know I have... and that Woody paid me off to not post the hundreds of GPS waypoints, photos, and maps of his exclusive surf breaks reserved just for him and MMc all 365 days a year! :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

(just how do they surf in Cardiff and North Shore when there are more than a whole dozen surfers using the Pacific Ocean... at the same time... oh my God!!!???)

We have been aware of Jardines success for several years , and always call a few weeks in advance. Even though Gulliermo and Carmen have added quite a number of rooms over the last few years, word is out that they run a wonderful operation, with an excellent restaurant just steps away.

There is some protected spots at the end of the Volcano's road to set tents for the night. And secluded.

Jardines appears to have room for expansion. I would hope they're planning on it.

You camp at Don Alvaro's place in La Chorera? I send everybody there looking for a safe place to camp on the beach around here...

Actually, Guillermo told me a couple of years ago that had plans to put in a pool and build cabanas around it.

Who knows?

Not sure of the areas name. A lot of roads crisscross the area. But some of the built up dunes next to the sand cliffs offer good protection from the wind and quieting of the waves and slows the burning of the campfire down.
