Paraiso del Mar-Magote in La Paz

Took the dinghy out to see this development. Answers to reasonable questions (water, sewage, infrastructure) were not clearly answered (my Spanish?). No road to area, drive 4X4 over dunes, then down beach. Not much going on, little there. See attached photo that shows entire development as of today. Be interesting to follow.

My son Steve got the same spongy answers, Jack, so I wouldn't blame the lack of substance on a language deficit. The office on the malecon claims they've sold 97 homesites, but the building in your photo--put up months ago and the only construction in sight--certainly doesn't represent much in the way of investment. Really looks like another project bound for nowhere.

that development with the owner/developer of the La Casa Jalisco where we stayed for the 1000. he gave me several good reasons why this deal will never fly.
