Private estate between Santispac and Posada

This is a unique piece of property and would make a great family compound. Plenty nice as-is but with a long term view in mind you could make a family compound to rival the Kennedys;D.

Owner is motivated and properties are moving around Mulege. Prices will be heading up again this year as investment in Mexico gains steam.

Thanks Von....

This particular property is unique as it is one of the largest titled properties on the water available in the area. It is certainly big enough to build more houses and the way it is situated prevents the views from ever being blocked.

I am surprised only a few people have inquired on this one because it has staying power. With minimal up-keep and taxes the possibility of handing it down through generations makes it a great hard burroet (not to mention all the Tequila Sunrises enjoyed on the patio).:saint:
