El Cayuca in La Paz

"Ciao Molino Restaurant & Bar" in La Paz, has now become, "La Cayuca". It is located near the Port Captains Office.
We have been regular customers for the last three years or so, and were initially disappointed to find the "Ciao Molino" gone.
But finding Tony still there, we decided to stay for dinner. Glad we did.
Although the management has changed, the popular waiter, Tony, is still there providing the same friendly service as before. They now feature seafood, and also have a variety of steaks.
The good news is, they still serve two for one Margarita's. Made from scratch...not cheap imitation, or Margarita mix...but the real deal.
My wife had a Chile Relleno...only one, it filled the plate, and was so stuffed with shrimp, it was overflowing. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp. It came with oven roasted garlic sprinkled over it. Our meals were delicious. We also had seven drinks between us. Out total bill, based on todays rate of exchange was $36 usd. A great deal.
I don't make reviews lightly. I believe the public deserves an honest appraisal.
