CAMPING INFO NEEDED: Bahía de San Luis Gonzaga

Has anyone camped around Gonzaga Bay in the past year?

Last year we camped at Papa Fernandez on the Gulf side...

...this year we may camp on the tip facing the Willard Bay side if allowed by Papa's...

I’m thinking of Papa’s because of security when leaving all the camping equipment left alone at camp to go fishing: Papa has tight security and the advantage of a launch ramp… big plus!! But I’m not sure about beach anchoring (mooring) here at Papa’s on the Willard Bay side in order to leave the boat in the water -sandy bottom?-

However there’s other possibilities I have been considering for CAMPING like “El Sacrificio”: I was told by them (011-52-1-686-525-9945) they will launch my 16 footer with their agricultural tractor since we only have a 2WD (and moore the boat right there on the beach) and that they have 24hr security on premises, palapas, toilets and fresh water, has anyone camped here within the last year? The other possibilities are “Beluga” or if not it could be “El Bufeo” a little further north. Any info on these camps is highly appreciated. I’m not considering “Rancho Grande”...

...because of the null security or neither “Punta Final”...

...due to the fact that this is more of a residential area and we would like to camp more on the “lonely” side of things but have peace of mind while leaving our camp site with our equipment.

Camped there the first week in June. Fishing was not so good off the Kayak and the days were pretty warm. The same falling apart outhouses are still there but bring something to hang as a door...those are broken apart and laying on the ground.
The wooden 'palapas' are still in good shape but maybe bring a tarp to hang on one side for a wind break. Few other campers there usually but always feel safe and can leave your camp with little to worry about.
Alejandro is the kid (big, real big now!) who rides the quad around and can hook you up with some wood if you need it. They'll cook your fish if you get some at the restaurant with all the usual side dishes for real cheap.
Look real hard for the turn off to Papa's right after crossing big bridge. The sign wasn't visible when we were there and sped right past it to the military check point for a turn around.
Best fishing according to those around us was down past Punta Finale.
