The Tetons and Lake Jenny
We have been here a few times so we did not spend a lot of time --- but boy, has Jackson Hole grown and is a traffic nightmare! Enjoyed this town
several years ago, but NOT now.
This was the first part of October and all the campgrounds south of town were closed down, so we thought we would try the RV park in Jackson Hole.
They wanted over $80.00 for a space which is their off-season rate! The manager said it used to be more reasonable, but it was bought out by someone
in Los Angleles. He agreed that the price was outrageous especially since we needed not hook-ups. So it was off to the surprisingly very nice
Motel-6 which was $20.00 cheaper!
But, the Tetons and Lake Jenny are still spectaular.
Just another National Park Treasure that we need to protect

Lived in Jackson, and worked in Teton Village in 1967. I probably wouldn't care for the growth seen today, but your pics still show the beauty of
the country.

Yes and no --- it depends. I have become more of a fan of HDR. even when it is really overdone for certain effects. Just another form of
processing, but I probably use it less than more. Here the first two are and the third one is not. So much to learn. :-)
And Dennis, if it has been that long since you lived there, you would NOT recognize it at all!. The town is crazy and as I said, a major traffic
problem and this was the off season right before Yellowstone was basically closing down! But that scenery is still magnificent.

I use a couple of different cameras right now and John has another camera I have a Canon 60D with a few really good lens--- my favorite being my
70-200 F2.8 lens, but it is heavy for me to carry around.
For moving around more, I am now using my Sony Nex6 mirrorless camera with a couple of lens that cost more than my can collecting can support. :-) I
have one low light 35mm 1.8 lens and thanks to someone who shall remain nameless as he is sure John may turn on him someday,  but who is a nomad who likes and knows cameras, I have a Zeiss 18-70 lens.
These three were taken with the Nex6 and the Zeiss 18-70 lens
I have stepped up my can collecting as I have my eye on an a6000 Mirroless Sony that the unnamed person will NOT recommend, but it is a step up and I
am a believer that Mirrorless will continue to be the waive of the future. It is all so much easier to carry around. I then may buy the adapter for
the Canon lens and see.
And most of the time, the pictures I post are a combination of John's and mine.

BigBearRider thanks and the Motel6 is one of nicest we have seen. Obviously, it was something else before.
