With great respect to Geoff, I was suggest looking for brokers who may be attached to more than 2 or 3 carriers.

A suggestion is Mexadventure.com. In the past, I found that the offered more carrier options than Bajabound.

Not to diss Geoff, just saying that regardless of the broker, the number of options of carriers does make a difference.

That said, the relationship between broker and carrier is probbaly the most important consideration.

Just wanted to expand on this a bit.

I have no doubt that Geoff and his Bajabound site has vetted a bunch of insurance carriers.

The main reason for my original post was to just suggest that folks can look at other broker's websites and check out the customer ratings for the carriers that Bajabound does not represent for comparison.

You may find lower rates. But you will have to decide whether those lower rates are worth the saving.

Rates/schmates

What it boils down to is who will show up and take care of you if you have problems, and continue to be there until you claim is closed.

I have had that experience and Geoff/Bajabound was there for me every step of the way

You can pay more and you can pay less, but my choice is Bajabound
