ADVENTURE TRAVEL !!!

After about a week in Aqua Verde we were heading up the hillside in our Tacoma
with our camping rig behind......you know, kinda feeling all ADVENTURESOME and etc, etc.

Around the next corner came downhill two ladies from Coppels departmet store in one of the smallest panel vans......they were dressed to kill and looked for all the world as if they were heading for an interior decorating appointment.

It put things in perspective for us........just another day in Baja.

Maybe they were going to have a 'Mary K' cosmetic party in the village?

Very funny. I know the feeling. What's an adventure to us is a regular day for a lot of people.

You see, nobody told the Mexicans in BAJA that they needed a 4WD with off road tires to drive on their roads! LOL:light:

No David, nobody has told us but as soon as they do, I'll makke sure they copy you, since you don't have a 4WD. Maybe you should wait to get one before trying to drive on our roads again. :light:

? Not sure what you mean Ferna, sorry?

I was conveying that the Baja Mexicans are so talented at driving regular cars on dirt roads compared to us Norte Americano Nomads who would only dare go on them with 4WDs like the OP with a Tacoma. Also, my Tacoma is an Off Road TRD model with 4WD.

It was a complement to Mexican drivers.
