Here is a little video from a wonderful trip I guided for a family who had 3 generations in the boat. Grandpa was 88 years young and it was a wish for
him to visit the lagoon with his family. It was a magical trip full of love and tenderness.
They obviously were so lucky to have such a wonderful time. I just think that since this video was shot in February at the height of the whale season,
you ought to have noted that with your post, lest folks would think that they could have a similar experience in mid-April. Sorry.
Uh...OK...actually this video was from Feb.6th as the season was just getting started. But the whale watching has been excellent at the mouth of the
lagoon even this week as there are still whales there.
During whale season I am guiding every day and dont have time to post videos which is why I have started working on them this week and just getting
around to posting them as I finish them.
So let it be known that the videos I post are from Feb/March.
Shari, you are a treasure and I look forward to next seasons offerings for fulfilling my bucket list item up close whale encounters. I own a MB
sprinter van, set up as a deluxe limo for up to eight passengers and would relish the opportunity to experience your particular brand of eco tourism
and educational offerings when the watching season resumes next winter or anytime in between. You are an inspiration.
Ah shucks Surfhat..thanks so much for YOUR inspiring words! Why dont you get a small group of like minded amigos together and let me work some whale
magic on ya'll!
Stay tuned for my up and coming announcement about a whole new whale experience planned for the 2017 season...I am soooo excited!
the northbound migration is nearly over...the whales start leaving Ojo de Liebre in mid March and the whales in the lower lagoons head north later.
There are still whales to be seen until the end of April. Guests or ours went a few days ago to the mouth of the lagoon and had a fantastic trip! We
are seeing the last of the mother's and calves passing our place here in Asuncion...so you will see lots passing SAn Diego!
