70-110K doesn't buy much in Baja Sur these days - maybe a lot with a Palapa and a trailer.

how do you know this person is even real...they cant even tell us their real name
besides of course tell us about "a dream"
50k to 100k is not a "real" budget to build something like this in this area
think about it...what "rich guy" wants to sleep in a hammock on a dirt floor and pay a couple of grand for the week : )
maybe my definition of "rich" and this persons is different
how big a room do you need to house 20 people doing yoga...1600 sq feet? hoe much is that
and bedrooms? do they sleep in one room that they do the yoga..."ok everyone up...we move the cots for yoga...now...cots out and we move in tables for
breakfast"

Not sure why Mulege is considered maybe I missed the post. I think Todos and Pescadero would be a better match. u2u me if you want leads in
these areas.

Todos Santos has another yoga retreat up in Las Tunas called Panchamama. Like Prana del Mar, it describes itself as "boutique" and is therefore definitely not "roughing it".

I just thumbed through this post and realized that nobody welcomed Hogbygard to Nomads, where are our manners?
Welcome to Nomads Hogbygard, hope we can or have answered your questions. Reading through the posts it seems as though we skipped the usual first page
of niceties and started kicking sand in your face right away. We just have a different way of welcoming newbys around here, hope you stay around long
enough to get used to us. If you look hard enough you can find some good information here.
I live in the East cape area and agree wholeheartedly with those that would suggest this area for your consideration.
You have 16 posts now, you aren't a newby any more, hope everyone continues to be nice to you ;-)

Your lot has a nice acreage, but is only 100 ft wide, so will have no privacy if neighbors build out. Are the adjoining lots available to make a
wider lot?

Thanks Bob. Truer words were never spoken.
A few minutes more than the drive from your lighthouse to Saul's is the distance from this property to the international airport in La Paz.
It really is a giveaway. Imagine buying in St. Barbara when LA only had 300K people (and this beach is only 30 miles from the big city unlike SB
which is 90). It is the closest place to get out of the capitol city and see the actual sunset on a beautiful miles long beach. It's a and fast
drive and I am more than a little surprised a local hasn't picked it up for their cabin/dacha/campo weekend or summer retreat.
Most lookie loos back off when they realize the nearest OXXO is twenty miles away but that shouldn't scare anybody who is used to a commute. I would
definitely prefer this spot to living in a cul de sac or neighborhood with stereos and dogs barking. The sunsets are powerful to say the least.
Somebody is going to get a great deal. I just don't have the time to deal with it right now and could use the cash elsewhere.
