Toll road-old highway intersection in Rosarito

Yesterday I took the old highway from Tijuana to Rosarito and went south on the toll road. More surprises. The ramp to so south has changed again. It loops further north and is very rough and dusty. Luckily I was behind a long line of cars that I could follow. It was still dark. There was only a single lane open on the southbound toll road. The merge was easy as no traffic was coming south on the toll road.

Returning north in the afternoon I could see what was going on. The last part of the old bridge over the toll road is being demolished. Both southbound lanes were closed with only a single rough lane for both southbound traffic and merging ramp traffic. Use caution going south on the toll road at this intersection. The part of the bridge over the northbound lanes is gone. I expect the demolition will be finished quickly.
