I'll chip in $5.00 USD for January 13, at 9:17 p.m.

BTW...after looking at the statistics on the board, the numbers just are amazing!

Black Hills, do you live in Custer by chance?

Ok looks like $5 a box. Not sure how to collect the $5 and then pay it to the winner.

Will there be filibuster posting near the end to manipulte the outcome?
998,254 post and my time is in 12 hours. Better post 1,746 times fast?

Where are you getting your total of posts? I looked on the home page, then selected forums, and it showed 927101 posts. Even logging in to Off Topic didn't change the count.

from stats button at the top

On the BajaNomad, there are:
927117 posts

Then I asked, when the total gets up to 998 000 will people filibuster to manupilate the time of the 1,000,000 post mark?

Custer is directly south and over the hill (or actually on the hill). My home is right at Rapid City.

My calculations are this. 1,000,000 - 927,172 = 72,828 posts that need to be made. The stats say and average of 177.69 posts per day. So, 72,826 / 177.69 = 409.8 days. That's one year and 44 days. so, how about Jan 4 2018.

But then, what do I know, I voted for Clinton?
