La Paz Real Estate

Can an American buy one of those Tract homes around the outskirts of La Paz? I call they cookie cutters, they are lined up in rows with black water tanks on top? What are the prices?
Any input would be helpful.

Are you referring to INFONAVIT, the federal subsidized housing program for qualifying nationals?
If so, I don't believe you would qualify.

These are the small house, cookie-cutter developments found in or near population centers, (with the rotoplas roof tanks).

Maybe they would not qualify to buy it through the gvt. program, but they could surely buy it outright, right?
