La Salina by Marina

In process of subdividing some land. About 1 mile south of the Marina and 1 mile north of BajaMar. Marina is visible from lots.

I'll have (4) 400+ square meter lots on the West Side (ocean side) of Hwy. All have Ocean view, water & phone. Electricity is about 50 yards away. Great location on gradual slope will ensure unobstructed views.

Price: 36K to 40K depending on lot.

Email me for pics and purchase details if you're ready to own a great piece of Baja.

I have a couple of lots but nothing I want to sell at this time.

The area is booming and property values are moving up fast. I want to keep what I have for at least for a few more years.

As you can tell by the prices of the lots, I am low in comparisons.

I'll post if things change for me.

Thanks for asking.

Let me know if you decide to sell water front. Only have an interest in that. A few back is nice, just not what we desire. Thank you

Here is a pic from top most lot per u2u request.

I had to really reduce the size so I'm not sure it will display right. I'll email more and bigger size on request.

I'm not sure. You can check out the local campsites by visiting www.LaSalina.com

The site will also give you additional information about the area.

I really dont understand.....

......how you could be one mile south of La Salina and one mile north of Bajamar and not know where Angel's or Ollas is. :?:

What kilometer mark do you turn off at? Do you turn at Abarrotes Nenya?

Turn off at the Abarrotes. Next exit after Puerto Salina. The exit is not marked.

There are two little stores and the local Polica seem to have a station though I've not seen them there.
