OSPREY'S...
It is with sad news to report that OSPREY'S wife, Lynda Bergin passed away a few days ago.
I found the news on Facebook when Lynda's daughter made a short post about the passing.
There will be a memorial for her tomorrow Saturday at 10 a.m. at the swim beach in La Ribera.
The memorial is being hosted by George Bergin, Maura Jones, Marji & Merrill Moy.

Sympathy to George and family.
Liz and I visited with them in La Ribera a few years ago and so enjoyed the stories and hospitality.

Very sad and sorry for Osprey. I had a very nice visit with them both last August. I hope Jorge has plenty of support from area friends, he sure is a
great soul to know.

I've had the pleasure of corresponding with George for a few years and my wife and I even had the privilege of meeting him and Lynda in La Ribera 3
years ago. It seems like a severe bout of bronchitis took them both by surprise, and in Lynda's case it spiraled into bronchial pneumonia very
quickly. Very sad indeed.
My wife and I regret not being able to be in La Ribera in person to celebrate Lynda's life and to grieve her passing.

So, so sorry to hear of Lynda's passing.
When I met her years ago, she looked like nothing could stop her.
That is my memory of her.
Wishing you the best in this trying time, my friend.
