April Fishing in BOLA?

I am headed to Baja in late April and plan to fish the BOLA area. According to the Baja Catch, fishing is not good compared to later in the year. I was there two years ago in April and people were catching numerous yellowtail. Any thoughts on this? What fish can I expect to catch? We plan on chartering pongas for full days. Thanks in advance!
