Ke Sushi in Rosarito

Big rave for Ke Sushi restaurant in Rosarito, on the same street as the Telnor office, one block down and on the other side. Beautiful mural on the wall of a flowering cherry blossom branch. More importantly, the food is great and they do the rice right. A big sign hangs over the central prep area thanking you for your patience because they prepare every dish at the time it is ordered. Large menu, with lots of cooked choices. The menu is available on their Facebook page. Go and get some yum!

Mostly rolls. Not bad, even had sake. Now, nigra sushi is an other matter, just pass. One would think with amount of fresh fish in Baja , there be more traditional sushi....Just a hope.

Think of rolls as a gateway drug. BTW, California Rolls started in Canada!
