So happy for her and so happy for her family - they are so proud! One of our scholarship students lives in TJ and will help Michel find housing.

I am so happy!

Just checked out the UABC campus in the Otay Centenario section of TJ. It's huge.

Right on. I’m in Tijuana and have several clean living respectable friends that live in Tijuana and Otay. If she needs any help or has questions, feel free to shoot me an pm and I’ll pass on my phone number. It’s easy to get sucked up in the bad parts of the city when you come from a quiet place like yours. It’s good to see kids motivated to do good and advance their life. Good job helping them out.

Michelle takes the cake...she arrived here to meet up with me and in her arms, she had a folder with every document she needs to register in there! (Her dad is holding the folder in the picture) She had asked friends what they needed and went about getting her paperwork ready. Very mature on her part!

Her parents threw her a small party in celebration. They are over the moon happy.

One other scholarship student from TJ has turned her onto a house with 2 other girls where her rent would be $2500 pesos a month. I so hope she gets in, it is a 15 minute walk to classes and sounds PERFECT.

HERE WE ARE ON MY FRONT PORCH....super happy

Luke, if you don't mind sending me your phone #, in an emergency, it would be great to have a contact! Thanks.
