San Juanico

I just stumbled on a lengthy video about a development dispute at Scorpion bay at the main point camping area. Seems two partners split as one wants the spot for exclusive homes and one wants it left for campers. Lawsuits etc..The film is a few years old and I am curous if any other surf Nomads know the present status of the place?

not sure of what's happening with the proposed development .
