Rancho Santa Inés was convenient, but their bean burritos were very salty. The dinners and Saturday morning buffet at Motel Santa Maria in Cataviña were excellent as were the drinks.

I had the chiliquiles, and it was good, but served with instant coffee!

A few years ago, they used to rave about the machaca and eggs at Laguna Chapala here on Nomad... So, Baja Angel and I stopped there just for that... and yes, it was instant coffee!

The machaca was not worth the stop... that year, Primo's La Bocana Beach Restaurant in El Rosario (now the Sinahi Restaurant) had really good Machaca.

The fish tacos at the grey whale truck in GN are hard to pass up for me.
