Caracas is a big city going thru slow motion implosion an the way to anarchy... hard to compare to baja

Comparing food, i think baja is the pits, relative to caracas’ great food.

They should bring a bunch of those venezuelan refugees to baja to show mexicans how to make coffee, smoothies, arepas and continental fare.

Los Cabos is not a city - it is like calling Baja California "the Baja"

so, where is the crime?
In Cabo San Lucas?
Or in San Jose del Cabo?

Inaccuracy makes you lose all credibility.

Like one of the earliest climate change predictions
the report stated that when the Arctic melts, the sea level would rise by x meters
however, the ice of the Arctic floats in water - displacing water
the water level would not rise due to melting of the Arctic
at that point those "experts" lost credibility and my ears

Google maps shows Los Cabos as Cabo San Lucas.

Perhaps you should retype your statement tomorrow before you start to drink. You just compared climate change to gunshots. What next, bill laughing at a lion attack, er I mean a dead people?

For the first time I would like to read what the goat has to say,
how do you explain that goat?

Venezuela is very much like pre WWII Germany.

Have you considered what happens when the land ice melts?

It's the land ice that accounts for the rising sea level in the Arctic not the sea ice.

Regarding the news report that Los Cabos, is more dangerous than Caracas, and that Los Cabos, is the most dangerous cities in world, is pretty ludicrous, and it's not the first time Joerover, has posted about this as other members here.

It's loosely based on the homicides/deaths per 100,000, and comparing different cities using the same statistically method, and then some magazine gets a hold of the numbers, and makes some sensationalized claim of the most dangerous cities of the world to sell it's magazine.

There are about four US cities on the list, but nobody goes running around trying to scare people from visiting those four US cities.

I would assume that one of the cities in the United States is Chicago. I would not go there if you paid me. Is that the same city where the clown actor staged a hate crime? Well lets check out the video clip listed below ;D

The place I am at the moment is no longer #1, moved off the list, all the way off the list. The place I am going next week is #5. The place I have fond memories of is #6.

I am sitting here typing because drug crazed kids want to stab me for $2 at this time of night, 9pm. The police will help me if I can find them. #5 is police killing rival drug dealers. big difference. What happened to #6?

#2 Caracas, whats up? really like to go there or some other part of Venezuela, but keep hearing, no permiso. I could not help but notice that Venezolana looks the best in pictures, likes to stand in front of a camera, if you give her prints, and went to school.

So, Tj is safer for a tourist to walk around in the evening than a city that is no longer on the list. Does that mean you are safe there?
Safety in any part of Baja should be reposted, if the poster remember the 2 or 3 year old post or not. baja seems to be moving up the list.
In Colombia people show concern for my safety, much more concern for my safety than in TJ.

Approximately 61 percent of all fresh water on the Earth is held in the Antarctic ice sheet, an amount equivalent to about 58 m of sea-level rise.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antarctic_ice_sheet

St Louis is #13, I want to warn you not to go there ! I have been there, it sucks.

Now back to concern for safe travels
or
is it safe to visit venezuela ?

What a silly thing to say. Chicago is a great city to visit. You go thru life with a closed mind, you’ll miss out on so much.

Safe? Maybe. Probably not.

Chaos, colapsing society? Yes

Today in Colombia, there was an anti Venezolano protests. They even had a red white and star spangled blue styrofoam octopus to take a small bit of the blame. The protesters were being heckled by the thousand or so onlookers. At one point the police violently took down one of the banners. Sorry, I was afraid to stand close enough to read it.
I could not find any colombianas to talk bad about Venezolana. Well, other than a small dispute about Venezolana being mucho guapa.

Other than my fascination with Venezolana.

Has Baja Changed for the worse? Tijuana was always a crime scene, and the bad cop pendulum swings back and forth from bad to really bad. I did not go to Tecate for 5 or more years, when I did it seemed less safe? 12 years ago no meth addicts tried to force me to pay 10 dollars for a ride for me and my bicycle, 100 or so kilometers south of Ensenada. 2 years ago some dope fiend was that desperate for a small amount of money. No tengo dinero.

Is baja more dangerous than it used to be? More meth addicts and the like¿
