desert landscaping? is this something new ? or one of those creative real estate terms?:lol:

would you consider trading for a Ranch in Mulege? it has 60 acres of desert landscaping

It's a term used in Vegas - water conservation is a big thing here - our house has no grass just rocks & palm trees & drought resistant plants -
