Crossing at San Ysidro?

I haven't crossed in 6 months.

Anything new southbound/northbound?

I usually use the regular lines going north, keeping to the left (west side).

That is a good reason... but if you don't want to sit in an idling, smoggy line for two hours, you could spend that time driving and cross at Tecate. I get that if you are only going to Tijuana, it is silly to drive so far away to have a short or no line.

Some dentists in TJ give the their patients a "medical pass" to go thru the medical pass lane.
I know Washington dental does....

Otherwise , what I would do is park on the US side , walk across and Uber it back and forth.

x2. Walk through El Chapparal, take Uber or Taxi Libre or 10 pesos bus to Playas.

As far as Washington Dental goes, a dentist there said, after he fixed a tooth, that I needed a crown replaced and a root canal on another tooth that wasn't bothering me.

A dentist I later went to said replacing the crown was a good idea but I didn't need a root canal. His opinion was Washington Dental wanted to do unnecessary work ($$$$).

Thanks for mentioning the medical pass. I will be driving across.

Sentri is fast. Get GE or sentri!

The drive to tecate makes tecate xing same or longer than regular line at san ysidro.

Sentri is fast if you walk across as well. Well worth the cost.
