Bahia de Los Angeles - House for Rent/Lease

Pepe Smith has a house for rent/lease on a yearly basis. The house is located on his property which is up the road from the museum. He lives on the property.

The house is your typical rĂºstico Bahia house. Main house is open concept living room/kitchen. Stove included, no fridge. Bathroom with large shower, on demand hot water heater. There is a large front deck that spans the width of the main house. The deck has a 180 degree view of the bay, it is big enough for BBQing, feet up on the railing, sleeping outside.

Off the main house there is another patio that has two seperate, private bedrooms. Each bedroom has an air conditioner.

There is a pila and pump for town water, no need to haul your own. House is on town electricity. No garage, but Pepe is currently building stand up storage under the front deck. There is plenty of room for parking and a boat.

The house is semi-furnished. You can use what you like, or have Pepe take it away and bring your own.

There is a back patio, mature palm trees in the side yard. The house needs TLC. Elbow grease, the freedom to make it your own. He is "asking" $3000 a year. With the two seperate bedrooms and main house, it would make a good partnership type situation, splitting the cost.

Pepe said the best way to conact him is to ask at Casa Diaz.
