Looking to....FILL TH'URGE? ...Van>Baja in Feb!

Baja anyone? (Vancouver, Baja roundtrip (or part way))
Ride offered

Unfortunately, my son's plans changed, and my budget is short to do this on my own..
........perhaps it's a win for you or someone you know?

I'm contemplating a roadtrip to Baja, Mexico,, departing Vancouver first half of February ,, going for ~3 weeks. I'm flexible to -your- itinerary!

I've got a comfy minivan with sleeper in the back, small sailboat and kayak on roof. I'm well accustomed to Baja and long drives, and know great places to stop for free camping, hotsprings, boating and whale watching, and sunsets like you've never seen! .

I've got all the accessories for van camping, inc kitchen and a spare tent. All you really need is bedding and clothes!
I'd intend to drive direct down interstate 5 through the US, then rarely more than 4 hours a day once in mexico. In Mexico, there'd be some overnights in quaint towns if you wish (usually $25/night),, but mostly camping in beautiful isolated areas, sometimes in cactus desert, but mostly by the sea of Cortez., plentiful dolphins and sealife, and amazing sunsets, and unobstructed view of the heavens!

There is room for 2 riders. 'You' would need a passport, someone would need to be willing and able to drive ~2 of 5-6hrs for the first ~25hours, transiting the US while sleeping in comfy bed otherwise, while I drive. Budget is ~$400 each way for fuel, ~$200 for Mex insurance,, divided equally through all of us.
Living costs in Mexico are easy,, ~$20-30/day allows for great eating and imbibing. <;~]
I'm hoping for 2 folks who like the complete, flexible timing, return 'package', but will also consider partway -the longer the better.
I'm not looking for a 'hookup', just some good company to share the budget and adventure with. <;~]

Let me know if you have any Q's,,, michael
