Thank you that's very kind but unfortunately I'll be leaving Baja end March.
If there's anyone interested in buying camping gear for cheap I'll be around Los Cabos the 30 and 31 March.

Mexicans in general are not into camping so I would be concerned about renting equipment which will probably be subpar. Better to buy it and sell it after the trip. I camp a lot in Baja & rarely see Mexicans camping & if I do they are always a lot of people staying in a very small tent.
