BOLA on lockdown?

Are people allowed to travel in and out of BOLA or is the whole

town under lockdown? I heard that they have not yet reported a

case. Perhaps they want to keep it that way?

I wonder if Doc A is staying there or in Ensenada

I don't think that they are many ranches in that area and the

town for the most part relies on trucked goods.

Well They are a port and do have a military presence and a

rather manageable 2k population or so.

Any news?

Yes, thank you for asking.
You stay safe, too!
Baja will be there after this is over, so don't travel until the all clear is given.

BOLA is not really a port. I don't think the town is closed for commercial traffic like trucks delivering groceries.

There could be a few reasons for no cases reported. Main reason is that people don't get tested unless they feel like they are dying. I'm also not sure there are kits available in this town. This applies to the rest of Mexico as well. Looking in the past, when people there died of different health conditions and it was urgent, most of them didn't make it to a "real" hospital like Ensenada or La Paz, so why testing?...
