Does the community have a community water supply or are the properties on individual wells? Are the properties on septic tank/leachfield systems? What are the size of the lots?

If you private message me I will send you more information and some photos.

Regarding water: The community has it's own private water supply. The "Water Club" manages water to each property and sewer drainage system for the whole community. Lots are typically 20 meters by 30 meters but the lot for this house is smaller.

The most important question is whether the lot is leased or titled via a fideicomiso.

Interesting location if you like coastal strip weather. Which I certainly prefer.

Lots are leased from a Mexican corporation formed by the residents who are the shareholder of the corporation.
