Poor diet plays a role in not only cognition but also illness, especially in deficiency of Vitamin D and A in seniors.

The answer is quite simple Para - when thinking people look into this, they find out the crap you are spouting is just that - long ago disproven crap spouted by right wing tools pretending to understand science

heres the real science,

this was posted in this very discussion a while back - you didn't bother to read it - right?

I'd laugh it off, but the crap you are spouting has the potential to kill a bunch of people who are not savy enough to filter out science from political agenda. As i recall, you spent a good deal of time pontificating over the FACT that this whole pandemic was a democratic Hoax - right!

Hell of a Hoax, killing 160,000 people and infecting 5 million in the USA alone!

as for you, you would be alot better off going back to the "gold standard" get back to making clorox Mai Tais, and ramming UV enemas up where the sun don't shine - literally!

Paging Dr. Dunning & Mr. Kruger, your diagnostic services are required, and it's urgent!

You haven't read a single one of these papers! Even if you tried, your past soliloquies clearly indicate you do not have the vocabulary or background or patience required to understand the papers!

You're are a baker trying to diagnose why a nuclear resonance vibration spectograph is not working properly!

Caj makes not one point, no thoughtful input, nothing but fallacious logic, while being a negative, disruptive, distraction.

I am simply a Baja Nomad looking out for my brethren, especially, those with limited capacity to pay attention and take care.

I have spent the better part of the last 35 years helping out my senior baja buddies, often they are hostile, argumentative, stubborn, abusive. But, where there is a need, there is a will.

Much of the seniors lack of ability to process basic health info, begins with poor diet. combined, with lack of hydration, alcoholism, lack of rest, and long term failure to use the brain facility.

90 essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, exercise, sunshine and fresh air is the place to start.

Focus on nutrition and review the studies again. It's basic health. I've been sharing the same topics for a very long time. No, it doesn't require brilliant or extensive education to be health literate.

Health is personal. Focus on your personal health needs, only you can manage your health. There is no significant external viral threat, the primary factor for your health is your personal human terrain, your body is your choice.

Good luck ol timer

So, you've been helping "old timers" for 35 years? Did you start this help from the crib? Age 5? 10? 16? 21? You're obviously not young.

Sounds to me like you're the "old timer" suffering from severe denial.

"Hostile, argumentative, stubborn, and abusive." Who does that sound like? A quick look in the mirror will reveal the answer, old timer.

A little skizoid Caj? I posted a 'on-topic' quote from the cited author as declared in the last lines of the quote. Of course I hold some responsibility for your ignorance as I failed to implement the quote identifiers pre and post said quote...

But then again if the link had drawn your attention as it was provided for you would have noted the posted content WAS NOT MY WORDS as you seem to portray them.

So don't get so twisted because others may not delight in reading your diatribe that you somehow need to support your insane number of posts.
Which actually detracts from your insane desire to be heard.

Where I come from young people should interact with and help old people, starting at a very young age, but not for credit. Simply put, younger people should spend together with and help their grandparents, parents, seniors, neighbors, anything they can do to help, and in the process the interaction can be helpful for everyone. I receive a benefit, for example, I learn patience.

It's unclear, why sharing broad academic research about topical health that is relevant to everyone incites hatred and vile commentary from senior nomads, though, you are consistent and I have thick skin. By the way, I have met many of you in person and of course you are quite different in person, so there is a bit of the keyboard bravado there, I understand, people are grumpy and moody about their personal health.

I used to visit my senile grandma, everyday, who explained to me everyday that I never come visit, I just nodded, listened and said ok.

Clearly, there are they are many hostile, argumentative, stubborn, abusive senior Nomad posters.
