Why don't you Google Earth it....from his pics, it looks like the house is in front of the narrowest beach section with several houses north of it.:light:

I would be extra careful with an investment that size in that area. Going back to the times of "Cypranno and Manuela" who may or may not have claimed title, and some noise about title? when they left 30+ years ago....and the various squabbles since, this could be ripe for problems....It is a beautiful area....BUT
