So Jaime Bonilla thinks Jorge Hank is the head of the cartel.....

Very interesting, and probably, possibly, maybe very true.

Hard to figure why Hank keeps running for office since he has enough baggage to fill the hold of the Queen Mary,
And enough pesos to fill it again when it gets empty.
