Mexico Home/ATV Insurance

Hello, I am Canadian and have recently purchased a home in Baja. Can anyone recommend a company to insure my Home and Side by Side.

Also if anyone has had any negative experiences with their insurance provider or knows of insurance providers I should stay away from I would be happy to hear from you.

In any case use a MX insurance. Everything else is Bull. Any US insurer will make some trouble to help you with anything in re of Baja or MX. The US insurers do have the most experienced "claim denial agents" you can imagine.
We are using AXA MX. i.e. Seguro Ortiz / La Paz. My friends had several claims after the hurricane floods in Mulege and never any problems w/ AXA. Another advantage: You can go there and discuss anything w/ an agent in person. Face to face is always an advantage talking about a claim! They also insure everything on wheels. And do speak English!

I use BajaBound at www.bajabound.com for both my home owners and auto insurance in Cabo. Very competitive pricing.
