Propane Regulator from the US on Mexican Propane Tank?

I'm putting in a new propane system at my house and my contractor is asking for me to bring a propane regulator down from the U.S. to accommodate all my appliances. Do U.S. regulators work on the large stationary Mexican LPG tanks we use in Baja?

Yes, I just bought one off Amazon a few months back for roommate's place. She has dual 30 Kg tanks.

This what I bought, I recall the brand name, Marshall:

With the indicator thing on top! Does that even work?

This one even has a bracket for wall mounting!!! Someone at Marshall finally figured out where their regulators actually end up, and it's not in RV's.
