Best fish market in Ensenada or points south

What markets/fish camps do people like stopping at or buying from in Ensenada or areas south?

good question, been disappointed repeatedly at the black market but if you're interested in smoked fish this shop a couple blocks up Riveroll is worth a stop!

Oh yeah, that smoked fish is extra special on a camping trip. Get there early in the day for the best selection. I would have to think there is a fresh fish market in El Rosario. Maybe go out to Punta Baja and ask - get lucky when the boats come in. The empanada lady might be baking that day too. Score.

South side, middle, inside stall of Ensenada fish market, there is a 5 gallon bucket behind the counter with fresh Lobster:o

Act like your looking for the bucket and it magically appears:bounce:
