Marijuana Oil

I will be returning to Los Cabos from LA by air with some CBD oil for a friend in chronic pain. Will I have any problems? Has anyone done this? does anyone here have any advice for me? Thank you.

That’s a bit of a gray area…
I suppose if THC qty is under Mexican legal limit, and labeled saying so…
But I have heard of so many gringos being hassled, I personally would not transport it.
If you really want it, buy it in Mexico.

I find that customs is inconsistent, and sometimes customs does what customs wants just make a buck that day…

I would not chance it, especially for someone else. They can buy their own down there from what I see on the Google.

Even in countries where products like that are legal to possess, it is usually still illegal to import it.

CBD oil is available everywhere in BCS, search FB. Perhaps we can share some locations here, though, I don't know that it is regulated or tested for % and ingredients. Best to use FB marketplace for locations and contacts or groups. It is openly sold and common.

There is a lot of fake (counterfeit) CBD products on the market, in USA and Mexico.
It is so loosely regulated, and so popular, that fakery abounds….

Cannabis oil that is not full spectrum [all compounds including THC] is of very limited value. Not good news for those who become anxious using Thc.
