Some of our "Leaders" are still trying to function on XP, and it is no longer supported!

I watched the decline of my father's mental agility over time, and it varied from one day to the next how sharp he would be. I am 75, and still sharp enough to realize that I am approaching the age where he started slipping.

In a few years I may get to the point where it is your fault that you make no sense to me!

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

-re: the San Felipe topic-

a couple friends and i just passed through San Felipe for lunch twice last week (while going and returning from a trip south).
San Felipe was the most quiet i've seen it in 20 years.

I hadn't seen this story about the police resignation,
but i did noticed the town just seemed unusually 'too quiet' / too "sleepy" for my comfort.
why?
something must be up.
So I looked here...

of note: the only traffic we saw at all, was a traffic jam on the south side of town from parents picking their kids up from school, which also surprised me since the temp was very nice (low 90's).
seems like people are laying low.
Its a bummer for the locals
and also lifetime Baja lovers (like myself).

unfortunately, solutions are not simple.
