What time is it?

Can you tell me why the time on my post says like 4:30 p.m. or so when it is really about 9:45 when I made my post? And how do I fix it?
Thanks,
BajaRuby:?::?:

You need to go into your control panel and set the time difference to your time zone. The clock works off Greenwich and then adjusts to every time zone in the world. You also have to adjust for daylight savings time. I also live in California and set my time zone to match mountain time zone to adjust for daylight savings.

Control Panel / Options
You will need to Set it to the next time zone to the east of you if you are on daylight savings time.
