Yes, that Palapa is super cool! do you by chance know the story behind it? Someone did a lot of work to the hilltop to level, then install all the steps and build the structure itself. Nobody was home at the small house at the beach below, was wondering if someone lives there full time or part time?


I talked with some locals about that place. There seems to be some dispute about who owns that property. 7 years ago, there was someone living in the house and he did not want anyone camping on the beach. Since then I have always gone down there and the place has been vacant.

One year a person had hung some flagging tape in the dessert. He was trying to sell the lots he had marked out. Probably not a good investment……
