Vet in TJ?

Anyone know of a good veterinarian in Tijuana? My son's dog needs surgery and San Diego vets are quoting him more than he can afford. Thank you.

There are lots of good vets in TJ. Vet Playas is good.
https://vetplayas.com/
And if your son doesn't want to drive to TJ, he can use www.mexivetexpress.com.
