Baja Bound website problems?

I'm trying to renew my Mexican Insurance, using their provided link in their reminder email, and I keep getting "this page isn't working".

I am definitely signed in as ME. I can see my current policy.

Anyone else had/having this problem?

The regular quote/new policy pages are working now... Maybe try again with your renew link, later. Otherwise, I guess you could just just refill the data if it doesn't work. Too bad it's the weekend!

So, they wont be answering emails on the weekend? Link still not working.

I need insurance IMMEDIATELY. I may have to go with another company.

The renew link is still non-functional, but I simply went through a new quote process and it worked. Fortunately, since I was signed in, it remembered all my previous conditions.

I have not insured my boat for about three years because it hasn't been in the water in three years.

Anyone who has the 10-year Temporary Import Permit for Mexico and their US registered vessel insured by Baja Bound, what country are you considering your boat "flagged" in? Mexico or the US?

I just emailed them for a couple weeks of insurance and it went through, no problema.

Could it be because you are in Mex and I was not, yet?

Try calling them directly. That also worked immediately during work hours north of the border.

I know I have had trouble emailing some desired hotels and could never get the email to go through on their listed websites. Hit or miss is the one consistent factor. haha
